This one day, one night forum is teeming with retail and eCommerce professionals who are ready to network with likeminded peers and hear retail experts deliver valuable insights.
With up to 18 personalised, pre-scheduled meetings, retailers and retail service providers will explore solutions to major retail brands’ upcoming projects.

What’s new for 2026
Set against the stylish backdrop of The Belfry Hotel, the Retail & eCommerce Forum promises to be an event that values both business and leisure. We’ll be taking full advantage of the new Brabazon House which features balcony rooms with stunning views over The Belfry’s iconic Brabazon golf course. For those interested, you can also enjoy a complimentary round of golf at the forum.
The Belfry is also now home to ‘The Club’ which holds four spacious studios, including reformer Pilates. Soon to be home to a new paddle court, The Club will be the place where our delegates will relax and take care of their wellbeing after the buzz of the forum winds down.
