Yours Clothing invests £4m in new HQ to fuel growth plans

Yours Clothing, the plus-size fashion retailer, has acquired 142,000 square feet of space in Peterborough for its UK headquarters to help it deliver its growth plans.

The retailer employs more than 1,100 staff in the city.

Situated in the Orton Southgate area, the facility will house the retailer’s customers services department, distribution centre and photography studio all under one roof. Yours Clothing is relocating from its current smaller premises in the same area.

Operating more than 135 stores across the UK, the retailer increased its revenue by 22% to £88.3 million in the year to January 2018.  In addition, it has launched eight country specific websites and recently opened the first stanadlone stores for its menswear brand, BadRhino.

Andrew Killingsworth, founder and chief executive of Yours Clothing, said: “This is an exciting time for Yours Clothing; we are investing in IT and infrastructure and our new enlarged HQ will ensure that the brand is well positioned to deliver on our ambitious growth plans.

“The business is continuing to see strong demand across womenswear and menswear both here in the UK and internationally which reflects the growing demand of our products and the strength of our omni-channel business model."

Yours Clothing was advised on the acquisition and lease of the premises by city law firm Druces LLP.
