Wren Living to donate 10% of sales to flood appeal

Wren Living, the kitchen, bedroom and furniture retailer, is donating 10% of all sales this week towards helping victims of the recent floods in the UK.

The retailer is to give 10% of sales made at its 47 UK stores from Saturday 22 February to Saturday 1 March to the UK Community Foundations charity, which is managing the Flood and Storm Appeal 2014.

Wren Living financial director Mark Pullan said: “Wren Living is a family business. Over 1,800 people work for the company and we are all saddened by the problems facing those families who have been affected by the floods.

“We are conscious that as the television cameras leave, the devastation still remains and we are committed to playing our part in helping people through this crisis. Ours will be a significant donation towards the relief effort and we hope it makes a difference.”
