Wolf & Badger acquires Boticca.com

Wolf & Badger, the London-based concept store which promotes independent designers and brands, has merged with online accessories marketplace, Boticca.com.

GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Wolf & Badger acquires Boticca.com

The merger has seen Boticca.com become part of the Wolf & Badger brand and platform, with Boticca.com founder and chief executive, Kiyan Foroughi, remaining in place as an advisor to the business.

Wolf & Badger, which operates two concept stores in London’s Notting Hill and Mayfair, said the acquisition will strengthen its existing online capabilities and help extend its global reach as it looks to grow its international online sales and open stores in New York and other fashion hotspots worldwide.

The combined business will now work with over 600 individually selected independent brands around the world. In addition, Wolf & Badger will bring on-board a number of Boticca.com team members, with the merged business continuing to be led by brothers George Graham and Henry Graham.

Wolf & Badger chief executive, George Graham, said: "We have long shared a vision to provide independent brands with the opportunity to gain the global reach and scale previously reserved for only for the largest and best capitalised luxury fashion brands. This merger will enable us to introduce many more customers globally to the unique and wonderful collections that are produced by the world's most talented designers."
