Wiggle to offer Click and Collect delivery option

Cycle retailer Wiggle is to offer its customers a Click and Collect delivery option through a partnership with store-based delivery and returns provider CollectPlus.

The retailer has used the CollectPlus returns service since 2011 and has now extended its partnership with the company to enable customers to collect their online purchases from their local CollectPlus store the next day.

Nicholas Pink, operations and programme director of Wiggle, explained: “It’s fantastic that we are now able to offer our customers a more convenient experience by launching a Click and Collect service for their purchases. As a retailer with a rapidly growing customer base, we are always looking for ways to simplify the delivery journey, and this partnership does exactly that. This new option alongside our existing returns offer with CollectPlus is helping us to develop and sustain a more seamless offer for our customers.”

Neil Ashworth, chief executive at CollectPlus, added: “CollectPlus is delighted to be able to provide Wiggle with a physical presence close to its customers, who will now benefit from being able to collect purchases whilst on existing journeys or simply by popping down to their local convenience store. We hope to be able to develop an even stronger relationship with Wiggle over the coming months.”
