White Stuff raises funds for education scholarships in India
Fashion lifestyle retailer White Stuff is funding childrens education scholarships in India by selling 100% cotton printed Made for Change bags made from surplus White Stuff fabrics.
Over £33,000 was raised from the sale of last year’s bags, funding scholarships for 161 children, and this year White Stuff hopes to raise even more.
Made from 100% lightweight cotton and available for a suggested donation of £3, there are ten different print combinations to collect, each featuring an illustration designed by White Stuff’s in-house team.
White Stuff said all proceeds go to its supplier’s charity ID Care and to the White Stuff Foundation.
The White Stuff Foundation was set up in 2010 and aims to help disadvantaged children and young people in communities local to White Stuff shops and suppliers.
