Westgate Oxford secures six new retail brands

The Westgate Oxford Alliance has announced the signing of six new retail brands as it marks the six-month countdown to the opening of its £440 million Westgate Oxford development.

The new signings include Levi’s, Skechers, Acuitis, Cath Kidston, Seasalt Cornwall and Molton Brown.

Anchored by a 140,000 square foot John Lewis shop, the 800,000 square foot scheme in Oxford city centre will also feature stores from Mint Velvet, Smashbox, Gant, Hotel Chocolat, Guess, Michael Kors, Hugo Boss, Ted Baker, COS, & Other Stories, Russell & Bromley and Victoria’s Secret Pink.

Naomi Howard, leasing director at Land Securities said: “Today marks a significant milestone in our journey to create one of the UK’s largest and most highly anticipated retail and leisure destinations to open this year. We are thrilled to announce today’s new signings – who will be joined by more new names in the coming weeks.”

Westgate Oxford will also feature a leisure offering including boutique cinema chain Curzon Cinemas and restaurants Polpo, Cinnamon Kitchen, The Breakfast Club, Sticks’n’Sushi, Pho, and gourmet American diner, Dirty Bones.
