Other latest news in brief on River Island, SuperTrash and Edinburgh Woollen Mill...

London Fashion Week designer Jean-Pierre Braganza has designed a capsule collection for high street fashion retailer River Island. The 11 piece range forms part of the retailer’s Design Forum initiative.

Other designers to have created capsule collections for River Island include Eudon Choi, Georgia Hardinge and Katie Eary.

Dutch fashion retailer SuperTrash has opened a new store in London’s Carnaby Street in a relocation of its former store in South Molton Street. The store is the retailer’s only standalone shop in the UK.

Edinburgh Woollen Mill is planning to open a minimum of 100 new stores in the next two years after growing its profits by more than a quarter to £71.3 million in the year to 1 March.
