Vivienne Westwood launches Selfridges pop-up
Fashion designer Vivienne Westwood has opened a pop-up shop at the Selfridges department store in London.
Due to remain open until 9 September, the pop-up showcases Westwood’s autumn/winter collection.
Stock includes a range of military inspired clothing. In addition, customers are being offered the chance to customise their purchases with exclusive patches featuring hand drawings by Westwood.
Many of the items feature tartan and regimental camouflage. The pop-up also sells Westwood’s unisex knitwear made from hemp.
Selfridges said the pop-up was inspired by an army base with clothes hung in surplus army lockers emblazoned with Westwood’s Climate Revolution graphics.
