Virgin Experience Days launches new website

Online retailer Virgin Experience Days has today unveiled its new retail website as it attempts to move away from traditional online gift experience sites.

The site features a new filter that enables shoppers to research and narrow choice by category, region and price. Popular features such as special offers, deal of the week, photo book and customer feedback options have been retained.

Chris Smith, marketing director at Acorne PLC, Virgin Experience Days parent company, said: “The experience market has exploded in recent years and we are constantly adding new products to meet customer demand.  Our digital team has worked incredibly hard to develop a new system to showcase the full product range while eliminating endless scrolling.

“The new web site works under similar principles as some of the UK’s major fashion retailers, where customers can narrow choice by style, size and colour.  Initial customer feedback is very positive, the new site has restored fun to the browsing and buying process with an interactive and speedy experience.”
