Trio of luxury brands to join Sloane Street development

A trio of luxury brands have signed up to Cadogan’s landmark development at 131 Sloane Street in London.

Boutique 1, Delpozo and Red Valentino have all joined the line-by taking space for flagship stores which are due to open in summer 2016.

Boutique 1 has signed for an 11,500 square foot space with double showcase frontage across three floors. As well as stocking clothing from designers such as Galvan, Alexander Wang, Proenza Schouler and Adam Lippes, the store will also feature a nail salon, juice bar and library area.

Delpozo’s 3,000 square foot store will be the Madrid based fashion house’s second standalone store under the creative direction of Josep Font, while the 2,500 square foot Red Valentine shop will offer the brand’s range of womenswear collections.

Hugh Seaborn, chief executive of Cadogan, said: “These three international luxury brands are an exciting addition to the south end of Sloane Street. Each of them brings something different and fresh to the area, complementing the elegance of the street and reaffirming its unique place on the international shopping scene.”

Cadogan said it is also in advanced discussions with a neighbourhood restaurant for the premises which will be housed in the heart of the development. Seven new ‘artisan’ style shops on Pavilion Road, adjacent to 131 Sloane Street, are also currently being marketed, with several under offer.
