Thomas Pink and Warehouse choose BT Expedite's Integrated Store
Thomas Pink and Warehouse are the first businesses in the UK to use BT Expedite's Integrated Store multi-channel system, linking store and online channels.Andy Tudor, senior technical development manager, Aurora Fashions, said: "Seamless shopping greatly improves our customers' experience. BT's Integrated Store makes shopping more convenient and personalised for Warehouse customers, helping us to meet the demands of current trends in fast-moving fashion retailing."
Peter Mila, Information, Ecommerce & Logistics Director, Thomas Pink, said: "Thomas Pink will benefit from a single inventory view, even greater customer service opportunities and the sharing of knowledge across multiple channels. That includes a synchronized 'single view' of our customers, products and inventory data throughout our business."
With online sales now a major strength of UK retailing, all retailers need to focus on integrating their high street and online stores more effectively. BT's Integrated Store enables retailers to respond to the increased expectations of their customers. For example, from the Webstore, customers can reserve online and then pickup in store and also buy online and return in store. Once in the store customers can order for delivery anywhere.
Richard Lowe, CEO of BT Expedite, said: "Retailers tell me that achieving a single view of their brand and better integration across all channels is a priority. Our Integrated Store solution comes with multi-channel built-in".
