The Streat agrees two new lettings
5 November 2009 | by The Retail BulletinIt has taken a new lease at 32-34 Queen Street, Glasgow from Swiftbrae. The unit comprises 1,153 sq ft (107.11 sq m) of ground floor s ales and has been let for 10 years at a rental of £52,000 per annum.
It has also taken a new lease at 21 Graham Street, Airdrie from Dee Mac. The Airdrie unit comprises 1,138 sq ft (105.12 sq m) of ground floor sales with 610 sq ft (56.67 sq m) of storage space on the first floor, and has been let for 10 years at a rental of £18,000 per annum.
The Streat café chain offers healthy fresh food, own brand coffee and award winning service in contemporary surroundings. Expansion in Scotland is expected to bring at least 30 stores throughout the country. Gerry Carey, Master Franchisee of The Streat said, “We are delighted with our new stores to add to our first Scottish unit in Silverburn and look forward to many more in the coming months and years.“
