The Kooples arrive in South Molton Street
Ultra cool French fashion brand The Kooples has secured its fifth London shop in as many months with the completion of a letting in South Molton Street in Londons West End.
The 905 sq ft unit is due to open in 4 weeks time.
Louisa Dalgleish, assistant surveyor at King Sturge, who advised the landlord, the City of London Corporation, says: “The Kooples has taken the London retail market by storm, opening three units at the tail end of last year on Carnaby Street, St Christopher's Place and King’s Road. This has been in tandem with a distinctive marketing campaign on London buses and taxis featuring real-life couples modelling their clothes.”
Founded by brothers Alexandre, Laurent and Raphael Elicha in 2007, the retailer has also signed for a store in Westfield London and has concessions in Selfridges in Oxford Street, Manchester and Birmingham.
