The Royal Exchange Manchester to welcome Lululemon and Irregular Choice

Lululemon and Irregular Choice are to join the line-up at The Royal Exchange Manchester.

Sportswear brand Lululemon is due to open its new store on 7 St Ann’s Square this autumn while footwear retailer Irregular Choice is taking a 928 square feet store.

In addition, cosmetics company Lush has signed a 10-year lease renewal for its 909 square foot shop at 10 Market Street.

Other retailers with a presence at The Royal Exchange Manchester include Molton Brown, Fjallraven, L’Occitaine, Whittards, Hotel Chocolat, French Connection and Watches of Switzerland.

Emme Haycock, asset manager for Hines UK, which secured the lettings for The Royal Exchange, said: “The quality of these latest lettings reflects our repositioning strategy to further strengthen and enhance brands available at this iconic building. The Royal Exchange Manchester continues to attract an exciting range of retail talent and we are pleased to be welcoming lululemon and Irregular Choice into the mix.”

The Royal Exchange Manchester is situated in the heart of the city centre and is also home to The Royal Exchange Theatre.
