Temperley London names Luca Donnini as new chief executive

Luxury fashion brand Temperley London has hired former Max Mara president Luca Donnini as its new chief executive.

Donnini worked with Max Mara for 20 years until 2008 and led the brand’s worldwide expansion in his capacity of president of worldwide markets. He then worked as president of Guess Europe for five years during which time he grew the company’s revenues to £1 billion. He is also the founder and president of advisory firm Officina Lifestyle.

Temperley London founder Alice Temperley said: “We are very pleased to have Luca Donnini on board. He brings a very strong background within the industry and has a proven track record in developing luxury brands. I am certain that with his experience and talent he will be able to drive the business to the next level.”
