Superdrug and Outfit to join Flemingate line-up
BeverleyÂ’s Flemingate retail and leisure destination has revealed that Superdrug is to open a 4,000 square foot store at the scheme while fashion retailer Outfit will also join the line-up with a 13,000 square foot shop.
Superdrug’s new store has been specifically adapted to meet customers’ needs in line with its segmentation strategy and will stock brands such as Makeup Revolution, B., and L’Oreal.
Meanwhile, Outfit will stock womenswear and menswear from across Arcadia’s portfolio of brands, including Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge, Wallis, and Burton. The new unit will feature a purpose built footwear space, a personal shopping service, and a Topshop nail bar.
Ian Jones, retail operations director at Outfit, said: “We are proud to add our new multi-brand concept store at Flemingate to our growing portfolio. As well as creating 40 jobs in the area, we can also now give customers an even wider choice of brands within the unique out-of-town experience that Outfit offers.”
The new additions follow the recent openings by Baytree Interiors, Peacocks, and River Island. In total, the five new brands make up 37,000 square feet of new retail lettings in the last two months.
