Quiz posts strong growth in UK and international markets
Women’s fashion brand Quiz has reported a 35% increase in first half group revenue to £56.1 million as it continues to expand across the UK and in international markets.
In the six-month period to 30 September, online revenue climbed by 204% to £13.8 million as the company benefited from a new 180,000 square foot distribution centre, increased marketing spend, and a widening of product ranges.
Quiz’s total international sales increased by 12%, or 10% in constant currency, to £10 million.
During the period, Quiz opened three standalone stores in Madrid in Spain, its first standalone stores outside the UK and Ireland. The company also launched a Spanish language website.
Tarak Ramzan, Quiz chief executive, said: “We are very pleased with the Quiz brand’s strong growth across target markets and channels with online in particular experiencing continued outstanding momentum.
