Product news: New Look selects Kronos to maximise labour productivity in European stores
The fashion retailer will use the workforce management solution in its 670 stores in UK, Ireland, France and Belgium.
Using a combination of historical sales data, predicted sales figures, footfall information, and essential store tasks to determine the optimum staffing schedules for each store, matching labour requirements to individual store demand is will ensure that ‘workforce productivity is maximised, labour costs are controlled, and customer service is optimised’.
A key anticipated benefit is to improve conversion rates and drive profitable sales.
In addition to scheduling and time and attendance applications, New Look will use the new time clock, the Kronos® InTouch.
