Park Group appoints company secretary

Gift voucher and prepaid gift card provider Park Group has appointed Russell Fairbrother as its company secretary.
Fairbrother has been Park Group’s general counsel since 2010 and will continue in the role following his appointment as company secretary. He will take over the responsibilities of company secretary from Martin Stewart who will remain as group finance director.
Park Group chief executive Chris Houghton said: “On behalf of the board I would like to offer my congratulations to Russell. He has a great deal of experience and knows and understands our business well. We look forward to working with him in his new role.”
