Oxford's Clarendon welcomes raft of new retailers
KIKO, the Italian makeup, skincare and cosmetics specialist, has opened a 1,555 square unit while jewellery brand Swarovski is now trading from a 1,175 square foot unit. Meanwhile, jewellery retailer Goldsmiths has taken a 2,645 square foot store.
While KIKO is new to Oxford, Swarovski and Goldsmiths have relocated to the Clarendon Shopping Centre from elsewhere in the city.
Adam Smith of Lothbury Investment Management, which manages the centre, said: “We are delighted to welcome these new tenants to the Clarendon Centre, following the completion of the recent £6 million extension, which increased the space available by 12,465 square feet. The investment has already delivered good returns, as evidenced by the increased footfall at the centre.”
