Nisa launches new apps for members

The Nisa symbol group has launched new smartphone and tablet apps for its independent retailers as it looks to make it easier for them to access deals and updates, and to have full visibility over their store even when they are away from the office.

Nisa launches new apps for members

The new member app allows Nisa members to order new web deals and presells directly from their mobile or tablet device thereby helping to speed up the process. It also provides them with regular updates regarding product news and company updates so that they can act quickly if needed.

In addition, the Nisa epositive app enables members to monitor their store real time from their iPhone or Android device. The application allows a store owner to remotely view the key metrics that affect their trading, including real time visibility of turnover, basket volumes, orders placed and frequency of other key elements such as voids and price reductions carried out in store.

Wayne Swallow, IT director, said: “We constantly strive to provide our independent retail members with the latest in retail technology. Both the member and epositive app allow members to have full visibility over their store and therefore greater control when they are away from the office. This allows them to remain competitive in the market place and to keep footfall high instore.”
