A new survey has been launched to ask retailers how they are making their multichannel offer coherent for customers.

With the introduction of f-commece, the increasing popularity of smartphones, and the continued rise of online shopping, multichannel strategies are becoming more and more important for retailers across the industry.

For the first time ever, eDigitalResearch, Portaltech and IMRG are now surveying retailers in an effort to better understand the demands and issues that companies are facing as they attempt to make their channels coherent to customers.
