Love Follow Conquer fashion brand launched for Liverpool FC supporters
Unofficial and independent clothing made by Liverpool fans for Liverpool fans
A new independent fashion label born on the streets of Liverpool has been launched exclusively online, capturing the passion of the football-mad city and producing clothes Liverpool FC supporters can be proud to wear. If you’re looking beyond scarves and nylon replica and you know your way around Anfield then Love Follow Conquer could be just what you’re looking for.
Love Follow Conquer is a menswear label for clued-up Liverpool fans and the brand draws its influences from a retrospective understanding of the most successful club in British history. From Albert Stubbins and Billy Liddell to Kenny Dalglish and Emlyn Hughes, right up to Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres, Liverpool has a truly distinct identity and heritage – celebrating this is what Love Follow Conquer is all about.
Featuring artwork inspired by The Beatles’ Revolver album and with t-shirts such as King Kenny, Huyton’s Best, Est. 1892 and Rome ’77, the collection aims to give a unique brand back to the fans. Something for LFC supporters, something timeless and something built on the heritage of what being a Liverpool fan means. There are no corporate logos or sponsorship slogans here.
Designer Ian Maloney, a lifelong Liverpool fan and Anfield regular since the age of eight, when he started going to matches in 1977, explains what it’s all about. He commented, “The team at Love Follow Conquer are proud to have been born and bred in Liverpool, we learnt the game on the streets of our great city. We’re proud to have the privilege of supporting our home town team, Liverpool Football Club. We’re unique fans and we felt it was about time our supporters had a unique brand to wear on the terraces.”
“We hope that the name Love Follow Conquer and the designs in our clothing range fully capture the passion, pride and belief which distinguishes Liverpool fans from the rest.”
