LaunchPad Recruits announces new product to help recruiters find the right candidates
The company says that with this innovative tool, recruiters will be able to review candidate applications with greater ease than ever before. The easy to use interface will allow recruiters to create candidate shortlists, share them with reviewers and score rate against their chosen review criteria.
This transformation, which adds a new dimension to the recruiter experience, is presented in a simple to use format. Until now, recruiters could share a link to specific interviews and gather positive or negative feedback about their candidate. LaunchPad Share™, however, provides much more scope to involve more decision makers in the recruitment process.
LaunchPad has further refined the approach to reviewing candidates, with recruiters now able to share many candidates’ interviews at once through one invitation. Reviewers’ comments are collected and updated in real time for the recruiter to review.
But most importantly, reviewers can score rate each candidate then compare and rank all results, making informed hiring decisions.
