Land Securities’ Bishop Centre now 100% let

Land Securities has completed the final letting at its 105,000 square foot ‘next generation’ Bishop Centre retail park in Taplow.

Homewares retailer HomeSense has taken a 10,000 square unit to become the tenth and final tenant at the South Buckinghamshire development which also includes TK Maxx, Nike, Mountain Warehouse, Evans Cycles, Majestic, Frankie & Benny’s, Bella Italia, Costa Coffee and Tesco.

The retail park boasts a number of sustainable design features including the provision of five electric car charging points, cycling spaces and both roof and brise soleil photovoltaic panels, which have all helped Bishop Centre to achieve a 'BREEAM certification of ‘Very Good’.

Polly Troughton, head of retail parks and leisure at Land Securities, said: “We’re delighted that Bishop Centre, Taplow, is now fully let. With its contemporary architecture, unrivalled accessibility, wide catchment in South Buckinghamshire, and first-class retail and leisure offer, Bishop Centre perfectly fits with our strategic themes of dominance, experience and convenience, and is well positioned to thrive.”
