Krispy Kreme UK appoints new communications manager
Premium doughnut retailer, Krispy Kreme UK, has appointed Alison Reeves as its new customer insights and communications manager.
With over eight years’ marketing experience in both B2B and B2C, and a BA from London Metropolitan University in Event, Music and Media Management, Alison will be key in supporting Krispy Kreme’s ambitious growth strategy to double its UK presence by 2015. Krispy Kreme UK currently operates 49 stores and has a presence in over 200 Tesco outlets across the country.
Alison’s main responsibilities will be to oversee Krispy Kreme’s extensive new store opening plan and develop the overall Krispy Kreme customer experience.
Prior to becoming part of the Krispy Kreme UK marketing team, Alison worked as a consumer divisional marketing manager for distinguished beauty brand, Dermalogica, for five years. Previous to this, she held a position as a marketing executive at Continental Airlines, where she looked after all marketing promotions in Scotland and Ireland.
Alison said, “I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to work for such a fun and iconic brand like Krispy Kreme. I’m joining the company at a really exciting time as it continues to expand its retail offering and look forward to the challenges that lie ahead.”
