KKR to buy Pets at Home

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. confirmed today that it has agreed to buy pet products retailer Pets At Home from Bridgepoint Capital.Pets at Home was founded in 19 91 and bought by Bridgepoint for £230 million in 2004. KKR, whose retail investments include health and beauty group Alliance Boots and toys chain Toys"R"Us, did not confirm the price for the deal.
