Joules appoints chief customer officer
Premium lifestyle brand Joules has named Lysa Hardy as chief customer officer as it restructures its marketing and ecommerce teams to support future growth.
Hardy will join the business on 5 September when she will take overarching responsibility for the marketing and ecommerce strategies.
She previously worked as chief operating officer at Holland & Barrett where she was responsible for ecommerce, marketing, CRM and PR. She has also held senior positions with Orange, T-Mobile and RAC.
In her new role, she will report to Joules chief executive Colin Porter.
Porter said: “We’re delighted to welcome Lysa to Joules. As a brand, we have a fantastic relationship with our customers and Lysa’s expertise and experience will help us to further develop our thinking on increasing customer value across all channels.”
As part of the restructuring, marketing director Ronny Helvey, who after seven years with the brand is scaling back, will become director of creative services where he will continue to manage the internal design agency. In addition, Ralph Percival will continue in his role as ecommerce director, taking responsibility for ecommerce operations.
