John Lewis reclaims top ranking in customer satisfaction awards
John Lewis has reclaimed its position as the top retailer for customer satisfaction at this yearÂ’s Verdict Customer Satisfaction Awards.
The retailer bounced back to take the title of the UK’s best retailer at an awards ceremony held at the London Stock Exchange, coming back from third place last year.
Following Verdict’s survey of 5,900 customers, John Lewis took the Overall Retail Award and was also named Best Clothing, Best Homewares and Best Electricals Retailer.
Bonmarché came second in the rankings, while homewares retailer Dunelm Mill took third place.
Verdict director of research & analysis Maureen Hinton said: “John Lewis swept the board this year coming top in all its main product categories, including for the first time, clothing. Apart from its service credentials its product ranges are delivering the inspiration and trust that customers appreciate.”
