Veit added: “I'm thrilled to be joining John Lewis. Over the last few years, the business has worked hard to grow its omni-channel offer to customers and I'm looking forward to building on this to ensure John Lewis remains renowned for its outstanding experience to customers no matter how they choose to shop.”
