Jigsaw to open flagship 'emporium' store in London's Mayfair
Due to open on April, the 5,500 sq ft shop on Duke Street will feature a new store concept and offer an eclectic mix of fashion, beauty, books and magazines, as well as a cafe and art installations by local artists.
Peter Ruis, chief executive at Jigsaw, said the retailer was looking forward to creating a “unique and radical destination” within London’s West End. He added: “Our intention is to deliver the 'must-visit' store for both international and domestic style arbiters."
The shop’s in-store cafe will be run by London cafe chain Fernandez & Wells.
Jigsaw currently operates over 65 stores in the UK as well as the lifestyle boutique The Shop at Bluebird in London’s Chelsea. The retailer is currently expanding international its international business and plans to open a store in South Africa by the end of this year.
