J Crew promotes Vincent Zanna to role of chief financial officer

US fashion retailer J Crew has promoted Vincent Zanna to the position of chief financial officer and treasurer.

J Crew promotes Vincent Zanna to role of chief financial officer

Previously senior vice president of finance and treasurer, Zanna will continue to report to Michael Nicholson, J Crew’s president and chief operating officer, in his new role.

Commenting on the promotion, Nicholson said: “Vince has been an asset to the company and an especially valuable partner since I joined the company in January 2016. He has strong financial acumen and leadership skills that make him the perfect choice for this key role. I look forward to continuing to partner with Vince in executing our transformation plan and strategically positioning the company for long-term profitable growth."

Zanna has served as the company's senior vice president of finance and treasurer since October 2016 and vice president and treasurer from 2012. Prior to joining J Crew in 2009, he was treasurer of Footstar.
