Intu Bromley announces raft of new signings

Shopping centre owner Intu has announced the signing of four new retailers at its Intu Bromley centre.

Lifestyle brand Joules, holiday company Kuoni, fashion accessories retailer Lovisa and footwear company Skechers will all form part of the centre’s revitalised retail and leisure offer which includes the opening of a new alfresco dining scheme in July.

David Ball, retail property acquisitions manager at Joules, said: “We’re excited to be in Bromley for the first time. It’s exactly the right space to bring our unique personality and style to shoppers and a key location in our continued strategy to grow our core UK market.”

Last year Intu Bromley underwent an extensive refurbishment and started construction work on the new restaurant expansion overlooking Queens Garden in Bromley. The centre has an annual footfall of 18 million with 90% of visitors drawn from the most affluent ABC1 socio-economic group across London and Kent.
