In The Style expands management team

Online fashion retailer In The Style has hired Jonathan Cleaver as chief technology officer and James Malysz as head of buying and merchandising.

Cleaver was previously chief technology officer at Sofology while Malysz worked with River Island as ecommerce merchandising manager after also working with retailers such as All Saints, JD Williams and JD Sports.

In The Style is expanding its its senior management team following an investment from Livingbridge, the mid-market private equity firm, in May 2017. The appointments follow the recruitment of Paul Masters as chief operating officer and Dane Stanley as chief marketing officer last September.

Adam Frisby, In The Style founder, said: “We are delighted to announce these recent appointments. Over the past twelve months, we have significantly strengthened the senior management team and grown our head office headcount from 53 to 74. These appointments will help us support the fantastic growth we’re experiencing.”

In The Style was founded in 2013 and offers mobile first trend-led fashion. Collaborating with celebrities and fashion influencers, the company launches new collections every four to six weeks with 200 new items listed each week.
