Ikano ranks in Sunday Times Best Companies

Ikano, the financial services and retail loyalty specialist, is officially one of the best companies in the UK to work for.

The company achieved a business ranking of 65th in the 2013 Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For listing.
The business, which employs 250 people at its head office in Nottingham, was recognised in the Medium Sized Companies category and has further improved on its position in the ranking last year, where it was named ‘One to Watch’.
In addition to the ranking, where Ikano scored highly for its commitment to corporate social responsibility, the business was shortlisted for the Best Innovation for Engagement Award, finishing in the joint runner up position.
The ranking, which is compiled by surveying over 250,000 employees from 900 competing organisations, recognises Ikano’s ongoing commitment to thedevelopment of its co-workers.
