House of Fraser names Jamie Peach as head of SEO

Department store chain House of Fraser has appointed Jamie Peach to the newly created role of head of search engine optimisation.

Due to join House of Fraser in early September, Peach will lead the company’s in-house team of SEO specialists and agency partners as SEO is brought to the forefront of the company’s multi-channel operations.

House of Fraser director of online trading Martin Francis said: “We’re delighted to welcome Jamie to the team at House of Fraser as we focus on growing our share of voice in search. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role, which will be invaluable in driving development and innovation to create a best in class SEO programme.”

Peach was most recently senior SEO manager at online fashion retailer Asos, and prior to that headed up the SEO function at digital performance agency Resolution Media before taking on a leadership role at Resolution International.

He began his SEO career at Ladbrokes eGaming then took up a position at creative agency Razorfish where he worked with retail clients Asda and Levi’s.
