House of Fraser aims to rapidly scale its online business

Leading department store partners with ChannelAdvisor to boost online performance

Aiming to improve its brand presence and rapidly scale its online business, House of Fraser has signed a deal to use ChannelAdvisor’s Marketplaces platform to sell on eBay.

House of Fraser Finance Director Ray Kavanagh said, “Operating from one comprehensive product feed will allow us to streamline our strategy and reduce IT costs and on-going development work, whilst having a clear focus in real-time on sales and margin from one simple interface."
The premium department store strives to offer its customers an enjoyable and pleasant shopping experience both online and in store.
House of Fraser will be using ChannelAdvisor’s Managed Services for its Marketplaces campaigns. Kavanagh continues, “We will be updated with weekly status calls and quarterly account planning as well as receiving online strategy advice, all without using our own resources.”
