Holland & Barrett appoints Jake Quickenden as ambassador
Holland & Barrett has appointed I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! star Jake Quickenden as ambassador for its sports nutrition range.
The singer and former X Factor contestant will work with the high street health food chain in promoting its sports nutrition supplements and protein shakes.
As a keen body builder and former semi-pro footballer, Quickenden has kickstarted his role with a series of fitness blogs and videos.
Over the coming months these will include fat blasting, a ‘jungle workout’, body building techniques plus motivational guides to getting in shape.
Quickenden said: “It’s been great fun creating the series of motivational videos and blogs with the sports team at Holland and Barrett. I’m passionate about health and fitness and I hope the tips we’ve designed inspire people of all ages to get active and have fun at the same time.”
