Goat to open first ever store
Goat, the luxury fashion brand whose celebrity fans include the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, Victoria Beckham and Kiera Knightly, has chosen Londons Conduit Street as the location for its first ever store.
Founded over ten years ago as a cashmere brand, Goat has now developed into a full ready-to-wear collection that includes both its signature knits as well as separates, dresses and outerwear.
The store at number 4 Conduit Street, which is part of The Crown Estate’s regeneration of the Regent Street area, will open in the autumn.
The design of the store will be led by Goat founder and creative director Jane Lewis who will work alongside retail design specialists Found Associates to create a space that echoes the brand’s philosophy of "clean lines and quite luxury".
Lewis said: "Conduit Street felt instinctively right. A vital link between Regent Street and Bond Street and home to established and well respected brands who have chosen to open flagship stores there.
"The Crown Estate has invested heavily in the rejuvenation of this area and we are excited to be a part of that vision. It's a great opportunity for Goat; being in the very heart of central London will quite literally 'put us on the map."
