Online furniture retailer Sofa.com has opened its second UK showroom in Bath.
The 3,500 square foot showroom is in the same format as the retailer’s first store in Chelsea and is the latest step in the company’s strategy to grow its omni-channel offering through selected showroom openings.
Discount supermarket Lidl is rolling out its own range of menswear following the launch of its womenswear collection in August.
The nine-piece collection is part of the retailer’s Livergy fashion label and includes cotton jumpers, jackets, shoes and shirts.
Waitrose has opened a new supermarket in Chester.
Having been almost seven years in development, the new store represents one of the biggest investments that Waitrose has made in a single store.
The store will anchor the new Renaissance redevelopment scheme in the city and staff at the city’s existing little Waitrose convenience shop will relocate to the new store.
