Franco Manca to open in Bromley
Pizza brand Franco Manca is to open a new outlet in Bromley.
The company has signed up to take a lease on The Compass pub on the corner of Fyfe Way and Widmore Road after the site was secured on its behalf by Shelley Sandzer.
Adjacent to the Intu Bromley shopping centre, the site will be Franco Manca’s second outlet in South East London.
The news follows three other sites that Shelley Sandzer has helped the brand to secure in the last year including Wimbledon, Earl’s Court and Covent Garden.
Nick Weir, joint managing partner at Shelley Sandzer, said: “The pub was purchased off-market from Stonegate Pub Company and in line with our close working relationship with Franco Manca we proposed the site. It interested them immediately and we are pleased to see the brand continue its expansion plans in London.”
