Feelunique.com to revamp website to help drive growth

Feelunique.com is planning to revamp its website and extend its worldwide offering over the coming months as it continues to drive growth.

The online beauty products retailer, which reported a 63% increase in turnover to £26.7 million for the year to end March, is to roll out on-site search and navigation and merchandising tools. The technology, provided by Fredhopper, will allow shoppers to find items faster and enhance customer experience.

Tom Newbald, marketing director at feelunique.com  said:  “Feelunique.com is excited about the next phase of growth including the launch of Fredhopper’s search and merchandising tools. It fits in with our strategy to offer a more tailored shopping experience to our customers.”

“Feelunique.com intends to make its website easier to use and more engaging,” said Frank Lombos, Fredhopper’s vice president of worldwide sales. “Our ‘digital shelf’ technology will allow feelunique.com to maximise sales and as a result will increase conversion and deliver business benefits.”

Feeluniqe.com has recently signed new partnerships with a range of premium global beauty brands and has appointed beauty journalist Newby Hands as editorial director to develop the website’s editorial content.
