Element to open first UK store
The brand has taken a 2,816 sq ft store in Shorts Gardens which will open in December and trade over three floors.
Founded in the US in 1992 by Johnny Schillereff, the global brand now has stores in cities such as Orlando, Montreal, Sydney and Paris.
Julien Duval, Element brand manager, said: “We are stoked to have the opportunity to showcase what the Element brand stands for to the British market. Seven Dials stood out for us due to its global village feel, full of international brands and specialty retailers that resonate with our customers.”
Element will join a range of other international young fashion brands in Seven Dials including Nike, Franklin and Marshall, Carhartt, and Le Coq Sportif.
Samantha Bain-Mollison, head of group retail strategy and letting at Shaftesbury, added: “Element is a very exciting addition to Seven Dials’ array of international brands, and is consistent with our strategy of securing the very best mix of cosmopolitan fashion, lifestyle and design icons.”
