COOK launches click & collect

Upmarket frozen food retailer COOK has launched a click & collect service.

The new service will offer online shoppers the option of collecting their purchases from a COOK store any time from two hours after an order is placed to seven days later.

COOK founder Edward Perry said: “While we decided to arrive fashionably late at the online shopping party, Click & Collect is a bit of no-brainer for us. Many customers like to plan their purchase of frozen food and this just makes it easier and more convenient. With our expanding local delivery service and recently revamped website, it’s a matter of making sure customers can get easy access to COOK however they choose.”

The retailer has also revealed that sales in the current financial year have risen by 10.7% with earnings increasing by 43%.

COOK has opened four new shops this year and plans to open an additional four before Christmas.
