Following in the footsteps of recent lettings to schuh, Boux Avenue and Hugh Rice, Internaçionale will open in the spring.
The centre has continued to grow in attracting customers, following significant investment by British Land, which owns and actively manages the scheme.
Charles Maudsley, Head of Retail for British Land, said: “Since the centre opened in 2007, we have continued to improve the customer experience, from enhancements in the built environment to the introduction of free Wi-Fi in dedicated chill out zones. Retailers and the wider industry are recognising that St Stephen’s is an outstanding retail and leisure destination that has put Hull firmly back on the shopping map.”
St Stephen’s comprises more than 50 stores, 12 restaurants and cafes, a cinema and a 24 hour gym. The scheme has transformed Hull's retail and leisure provision and propelled it into the UK's top 20 retail centres. Retailers include Cult, Lipsy, Next, Superdry, TK Maxx, Topshop and Zara.
