British Land secures raft of new signings for St Stephen's
British Land has secured 31,500 square feet of new lettings as part of plans to enhance the entertainment offer at St Stephens in Hull.
Rock Up, an indoor climbing adventure centre, is to open its second outlet with British Land following the success of its first unit at Whiteley. Meanwhile, family entertainment centre Funstation has chosen St Stephen's for the of launch of its seventh outlet which will be its second at a retail location.
Both operators will be situated within the former Gala Bingo unit which will also include a 3,500 sq Zizzi restaurant. Work to reconfigure the unit has begun with Rock Up and Funstation due to open in the winter of 2016.
In addition, trampoline operator Gravity has signed up to the scheme and will open in the former Monkey Biz unit in the summer.

Welcoming new operators such as Rock Up, Funstation and Gravity to our centres is part of our approach to broaden the appeal of our assets and create Places People Prefer through our retail strategy.”
