Boots UK Health Clinics to monitor customer care with Empathica
The system is designed and managed by Empathica, a customer experience management company, and will collect feedback from the two Boots nurse-led health clinics, in order to monitor customer feedback on all aspects of the customer experience.
Survey invitations will be handed to the customer via a leaflet and customers will be able to respond by either using an online survey or by using a dedicated free telephone number. This insight will help Boots UK further understand customer expectations and potentially shape the way the clinics operate.
