Boots offers Advantage Card holders personalised promotions at point of purchase
Health and beauty products retailer Boots UK has launched a new benefit within its Advantage Card loyalty programme which offers customers personalised promotions at point of purchase.
Following the deployment of new technology across stores nationwide, Boots says 350,000 of its loyalty card customers are now receiving targeted messages from the retailer. In addition, six million customers are receiving personalised offers in the form of a voucher generated at the till which gives access to money saving deals.
Elizabeth Fagan, marketing director of Boots UK, explained: “We know our customers love the value that Boots provides, but they also want offers and promotions to be more relevant to them as an individual. Whether they are accumulating points for a special treat, or using their points for a little indulgence once in a while, the Boots Advantage Card is getting more personal for them.”
Boots has 16.8 million active Advantage Card holders within its loyalty programme.
