Bonprix launches first TV advertising campaign
Online and catalogue fashion retailer Bonprix is to launch its first-ever television advertising campaign in the UK.
Debuting on ITV Yorkshire on 14 October, the initial three-week campaign will also see the brand’s adverts shown nationally on ITV2 with a mixture of primetime and daytime slots, to reach Bonprix’s core female consumer demographic.
Britta Bahlmann, business unit director of Bonprix, explained: "Bonprix has seen considerable sales growth over the past couple of years after building its online presence. We now feel it’s the right time to further raise awareness of the brand in the UK; by using TV adverts to spread the word about our modern yet affordable fashion ranges and attract more traffic to bonprix.co.uk."
The TV advertisements will be supported by a wider marketing push that includes campaign posts and competitions on Facebook, pre-roll ads on ITV Player and creative door drop flyers and media inserts in women’s magazines and weekend newspaper supplements in the Yorkshire/Granada and Northern regions.
Based in Bradford, Bonprix UK is a division of Freeman Grattan Holdings which is owned by global retailer the Otto Group.
